1. Our Services

Advanced Sonography Screening™ provides preventive cardiovascular ultrasound screenings for educational and wellness purposes.
Our screenings are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
Results are intended to help you understand your cardiovascular risk and should be reviewed with your physician.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to schedule or participate in our screenings unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
We accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA payments.
All fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Travel or mobile service fees (for At-Home or Anywhere packages) are assessed as disclosed during booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a fee.

5. Results & Medical Responsibility

Screening results are interpreted by board-certified cardiologists and provided within approximately 10–14 business days via secure text or email.
Results are informational only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
You are solely responsible for following up with a qualified healthcare provider.

6. Privacy

Your personal and health-related data are protected under our Privacy Notice and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in those notices.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, trademarks, and logos — is the property of Advanced Sonography Screening™ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our screenings are offered “as-is” and for informational purposes only.
Advanced Sonography Screening™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding results, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
